StudyCards Privacy Policy

1. The short version

StudyCards processes imported documents on your device. The current version does not create an account, does not upload your study material, does not use advertising trackers, and does not sell personal data.

StudyCards 在你的设备本地处理导入文档。当前版本不需要账号，不会上传学习资料，不使用广告追踪，也不出售个人数据。

2. Information stored on your device

When you import a PDF, TXT, or Markdown file, StudyCards extracts text locally. The following information may be stored in the app's private sandbox:

• deck and card content you create or confirm;
• imported study material, text chunks, and generated drafts;
• FSRS scheduling state and review history;
• study statistics, reminder settings, and subscription entitlement state.

设备本地保存的信息

导入 PDF、TXT 或 Markdown 文件后，StudyCards 在本地提取文本。以下信息可能保存在 App 私有沙盒中：

• 你创建或确认的牌组和卡片内容；
• 导入资料、文本分块和生成的卡片草稿；
• FSRS 调度状态和复习历史；
• 学习统计、提醒设置和订阅权益状态。

3. Document processing and OCR

PDF text extraction uses Apple's PDFKit. When a PDF has an insufficient text layer, StudyCards may use Apple's Vision framework for on-device OCR. Imported documents and recognized text are not sent to our servers or to a third-party AI service.

PDF 文本提取使用 Apple PDFKit。若 PDF 文本层不足，StudyCards 可能使用 Apple Vision 框架在设备本地执行 OCR。导入文档和识别文本不会发送到我们的服务器或第三方 AI 服务。

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Apple handles payment information. We receive product identifiers, transaction status, and entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features. We do not receive your payment card number.

购买由 Apple 处理，支付信息由 Apple 负责。我们仅接收产品标识、交易状态和用于解锁 Pro 功能的权益信息，不会收到你的银行卡号。

5. Sharing and tracking

StudyCards does not sell personal data, include advertising SDKs, or use third-party analytics. Apple may process App Store transaction information under Apple's privacy policy.

共享与追踪

StudyCards 不出售个人数据，不包含广告 SDK，也不使用第三方分析服务。Apple 可能依据其隐私政策处理 App Store 交易信息。

6. Retention and deletion

Local decks, cards, imported material, review history, and reminder settings remain on your device until you delete them. Open Me > Delete Account and Data to remove all local learning data and preferences, or delete the app. Deleting local data does not cancel an App Store subscription.

保留与删除

本地牌组、卡片、导入资料、复习历史和提醒设置会一直保存在设备上，直到你主动删除。你可以在“我的”页面选择“删除账号和数据”来清除全部本地学习数据与偏好，也可以删除 App。删除本地数据不会取消 App Store 订阅。

7. Support communications

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your request, maintain support records when necessary, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing us.

如果你通过邮件联系我们，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和邮件内容，仅用于回复请求、在必要时保留支持记录以及履行法律义务。你可以通过邮件要求删除支持沟通记录。

8. Children and eligibility

StudyCards is intended for general study use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support communications, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

儿童与适用性

StudyCards 面向一般学习用途。我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。如你认为儿童通过支持沟通提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会采取适当措施。

9. Security and changes

We use iOS sandboxing and platform protections to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.

我们使用 iOS 沙盒和系统保护降低未授权访问风险，但没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。当 App 功能或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面发布新的生效日期。
