StudyCards Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using StudyCards, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and for any account, device, and network charges you incur.

接受与适用

使用 StudyCards 即表示你同意本协议。如不同意，请停止使用。你需要遵守适用的法律，并自行承担账号、设备和网络相关费用。

2. License

StudyCards is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and Apple's rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Apple's Standard EULA also applies and is incorporated by reference.

许可

StudyCards 仅授予使用许可，不出售软件。在遵守本协议和 Apple 规则的前提下，我们授予你在自有或受控 Apple 设备上使用本 App 的有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销许可。Apple 标准最终用户许可协议同时适用。

3. Your imported material

You must own or have permission to use every document you import. You are responsible for the copyright, legality, and accuracy of your imported content and generated cards. Do not import content you do not have the right to use.

你导入的资料

你必须拥有或获准使用导入的每一份文档。你需要对导入内容及生成卡片的版权、合法性和准确性负责。不得导入你无权使用的内容。

4. No bundled question bank

StudyCards does not include a bundled question bank, textbook question set, or third-party exam content. The app transforms material you provide. Generated drafts may contain extraction errors or incomplete context, so review and edit them before relying on them.

不内置题库

StudyCards 不内置题库、教材题目或第三方考试内容。App 仅转换你提供的资料。生成的草稿可能存在提取错误或上下文缺失，使用前请检查并编辑。

5. Subscriptions and billing

StudyCards Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a lifetime non-consumable purchase. The product, price, billing period, and any trial or offer are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

订阅与计费

StudyCards Pro 可能提供月付或年付自动续订订阅，也可能提供终身非消耗型购买。购买前会在 App 内显示商品、价格、计费周期以及适用试用或优惠。确认购买后，费用将从 Apple ID 扣除。

除非在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消，订阅将自动续订。你可以在 Apple ID 订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。删除 App 不会取消订阅。

6. Cancellations, refunds, and restore

Apple handles cancellations, billing, and refunds. We do not receive your payment card details and cannot issue Apple refunds directly. Use the Restore Purchases button in the app to restore an eligible purchase.

取消、退款与恢复购买

取消、扣费和退款由 Apple 处理。我们不会收到你的支付卡信息，也无法直接发放 Apple 退款。你可以使用 App 内的“恢复购买”按钮恢复符合条件的购买。

7. Local processing and privacy

Imported documents, generated drafts, decks, cards, and review history are processed or stored locally in the current version. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Text extraction and OCR accuracy depend on document quality and are not guaranteed.

本地处理与隐私

当前版本中，导入文档、生成草稿、牌组、卡片和复习历史在本地处理或保存。你对 App 的使用同时受隐私政策约束。文本提取和 OCR 的准确率取决于文档质量，不保证无误。

8. Acceptable use

You must not use StudyCards to violate law, infringe intellectual property or other rights, distribute malware, attack services, or interfere with the app's operation. You must not attempt to bypass purchase or entitlement controls.

可接受使用

你不得使用 StudyCards 违法、侵犯知识产权或其他权利、传播恶意软件、攻击服务或干扰 App 运行，也不得试图绕过购买或权益控制。

9. Disclaimers and limitation

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.

免责声明与责任限制

App 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作隐含保证，也不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。适用法律赋予你的强制性消费者权利不受排除。

10. Apple terms, changes, and contact

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA or App Store rules, Apple's terms control to the extent required. We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Apple 条款、更新与联系

Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，并可对你执行本协议。如本协议与 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议或 App Store 规则冲突，在所需范围内以 Apple 条款为准。当 App 或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本协议。更新后继续使用即表示接受修订后的条款。联系邮箱：vip@adelieyun.com。
