GlowUp Privacy Policy

1. The short version

GlowUp processes your photo on your device. Your photo and facial geometry are not uploaded to our servers. The current version does not create an account, does not use advertising trackers, and does not sell personal data.

GlowUp 在你的设备本地处理照片。照片和面部几何数据不会上传到我们的服务器。当前版本不需要账号，不使用广告追踪，也不出售个人数据。

2. Information processed on your device

When you take or select a photo, GlowUp uses Apple's Vision framework on your device to detect facial landmarks. It then calculates proportions, face-shape signals, color signals, and style suggestions. These operations do not require an internet connection.

The following information may be stored locally in the app's private sandbox:

• the photo you choose to analyze;
• facial landmarks and derived measurements;
• the generated report and report history;
• your age confirmation and subscription entitlement state.

设备本地处理的数据

拍摄或选择照片后，GlowUp 使用 Apple Vision 框架在本机提取面部关键点，并计算比例、脸型信号、色彩信号和风格建议。上述过程不需要联网。照片、关键点、结构化指标、报告、年龄确认状态和订阅权益状态可能保存在 App 私有沙盒中。

3. Facial data and biometric identification

GlowUp does not create a biometric template, does not identify you, does not authenticate you, and does not use facial data for surveillance or advertising. Facial data is used only to generate the style report you request.

面部数据与生物识别

GlowUp 不创建生物特征模板，不用于识别个人身份，不用于身份验证，也不用于监控或广告。面部数据仅用于生成你主动请求的风格报告。

4. Data transmission

In the current version, GlowUp does not send your photo, facial image, facial geometry, landmarks, or derived measurements to us or to a third-party AI service. If a future version offers a server-side language feature, we will update this policy before enabling it and will never upload your photo.

数据传输

当前版本不会向我们的服务器或第三方 AI 服务发送照片、面部图像、面部几何数据、关键点或派生指标。若未来版本启用服务端语言功能，我们会在启用前更新本政策，且绝不会上传你的照片。

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Apple processes payment information. We receive product identifiers, transaction status, and entitlement information needed to unlock the paid report. We do not receive your payment card number.

订阅购买

订阅通过 Apple 购买。支付信息由 Apple 处理。我们仅接收产品标识、交易状态和用于解锁付费报告的权益信息，不会收到你的银行卡号。

6. Retention and deletion

Local photos and reports remain on your device until you delete them. You can remove all locally stored photos and reports from Me > Clear All Data, or by deleting the app. Because we do not maintain an account or server-side photo collection, there is no remote account data for us to delete.

保留与删除

本地照片和报告会一直保存在你的设备上，直到你主动删除。你可以在“我的”页面选择“清除全部数据”，或通过删除 App 清除。由于我们不维护账号或服务器端照片库，因此不存在可远程删除的账号照片数据。

7. Support communications

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your request, maintain support records when necessary, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing us.

如果你通过邮件联系我们，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和邮件内容，仅用于回复请求、在必要时保留支持记录以及履行法律义务。你可以通过邮件要求删除支持沟通记录。

8. Children and eligibility

GlowUp is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

年龄与未成年人

GlowUp 面向 18 岁及以上成年人。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如你认为未成年人使用了本 App，请联系我们，我们会采取适当措施。

9. Security and changes

We use iOS sandboxing and platform protections to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.

安全与政策更新

我们使用 iOS 沙盒和系统保护降低未授权访问风险，但没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。当 App 功能或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面发布新的生效日期。
