GlowUp Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using GlowUp, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

接受与年龄

使用 GlowUp 即表示你同意本协议。你必须年满 18 岁才能使用本 App。如不同意，请停止使用。

2. License

GlowUp is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and Apple's rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Apple's Standard EULA also applies and is incorporated by reference.

许可

GlowUp 仅授予使用许可，不出售软件。在遵守本协议和 Apple 规则的前提下，我们授予你在自有或受控 Apple 设备上使用本 App 的有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销许可。Apple 标准最终用户许可协议同时适用。

3. Style suggestions, not professional advice

GlowUp provides style suggestions based on photos, lighting, angles, and reproducible geometric measurements. Results are for general informational and personal styling purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological, cosmetic-surgery, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome.

风格建议而非专业意见

GlowUp 根据照片、光线、角度和可复现的几何指标提供风格建议，仅供一般信息参考和个人造型使用，不构成医疗、皮肤科、心理、整形手术或其他专业意见，也不保证任何结果。

4. Subscriptions and billing

GlowUp Pro is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase. A three-day free trial may be available to eligible users. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

订阅与计费

GlowUp Pro 提供周付或年付自动续订订阅，购买前会在 App 内显示价格和周期。符合条件的用户可享受 3 天免费试用。确认购买后，费用将从 Apple ID 扣除。除非在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消，订阅将自动续订。你可以在 Apple ID 订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。删除 App 不会自动取消订阅。

5. Cancellations, refunds, and restore

Apple handles cancellations, billing, and refunds. We do not receive your payment card details and cannot issue Apple refunds directly. Use the Restore Purchases button in the app to restore an eligible purchase.

取消、退款与恢复购买

取消、扣费和退款由 Apple 处理。我们不会收到你的支付卡信息，也无法直接发放 Apple 退款。你可以使用 App 内的“恢复购买”按钮恢复符合条件的购买。

6. Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of the photos you use with GlowUp. Under the current version, photos and facial analysis stay on your device and are not uploaded to us. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

你的内容与隐私

你保留所使用照片的所有权。当前版本中，照片和面部分析保留在你的设备上，不会上传给我们。你对 App 的使用同时受隐私政策约束。

7. Acceptable use

You must not use GlowUp to violate law, infringe rights, harm others, attempt to identify people from facial data, reverse engineer protected parts of the app except as allowed by law, or interfere with the app's operation.

可接受使用

你不得使用 GlowUp 违法、侵权、伤害他人、利用面部数据识别个人、对受保护部分进行法律未允许的逆向工程，或干扰 App 正常运行。

8. Disclaimers and limitation

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.

免责声明与责任限制

App 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作隐含保证，也不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。适用法律赋予你的强制性消费者权利不受排除。

9. Apple terms

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA or App Store rules, Apple's terms control to the extent required.

Apple 条款

Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，并可对你执行本协议。如本协议与 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议或 App Store 规则冲突，在所需范围内以 Apple 条款为准。

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact: vip@adelieyun.com.
