GlowUp Support

Camera access
Open iOS Settings > GlowUp > Camera and allow access. If you previously denied access, return to the Analyze tab and tap Retry after changing the setting.
相机权限
进入 iOS“设置”>“GlowUp”>“相机”并允许访问。如之前拒绝过权限，修改后返回“分析”页点击“重试”。
Photo quality and retakes
For the most consistent result, face the camera directly in soft, even light. Keep your face inside the guide, remove heavy shadows, and avoid filters, hats, or objects covering key facial features.
照片质量与重拍
为获得更稳定的结果，请在柔和均匀的光线下正对镜头，让面部位于取景框内，避免强烈阴影、滤镜、帽子或遮挡面部关键部位的物品。
Photo privacy
GlowUp processes photos on your device. The current version does not upload your photo or facial geometry to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
照片隐私
GlowUp 在你的设备本地处理照片。当前版本不会将照片或面部几何数据上传到我们的服务器。详情请查看隐私政策。
Delete local data
Open the Me tab and choose Clear All Data. This removes locally stored photos and reports. Deleting the app also removes its local app data.
删除本地数据
打开“我的”页面，选择“清除全部数据”，即可删除本地保存的照片和报告。删除 App 也会移除其本地数据。
Subscriptions and restore purchases
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel, open your Apple ID subscription settings and cancel before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. To restore an eligible purchase, open the paywall or Me tab and tap Restore Purchases.
订阅与恢复购买
订阅由 Apple 扣费。如需取消，请进入 Apple ID 订阅设置，并在续订日前取消。删除 App 不会取消订阅。恢复符合条件的购买时，请打开付费墙或“我的”页面，点击“恢复购买”。
